Request your Unique Identifier Code from qa@mountainstream.co
And in the same email let us know at what time in the day we should check for orders.
We check the server once a day, free of charge. Additional checks incur a fee of 5 cents each. We recommend to check around 10 minutes before deadline and request that email orders are received 30 minutes before the deadline.
The Unique identifier Code must be included in the BODY of every email that contains an order and it must also contain a CSV attachment with the orders.
