Streamline Chrome Extension

Automate Order Entry from Gmail to Streamline.

Turn incoming customer orders into validated Streamline orders automatically.

The Streamline Chrome Extension monitors approved Gmail senders, reads supported order files, validates requests against your business rules, and imports approved orders directly into Streamline—reducing repetitive data entry and helping your team catch exceptions before they slow down fulfilment.

Monitor approved senders

The extension scans approved Gmail inboxes for incoming client order emails.

Read attachments

It processes order details from HTML, PDF, Excel, and CSV order formats.

Validate orders

Every order is checked against deadlines, delivery rules, product availability, and required details.

Import to Streamline

Approved orders are imported directly into Streamline without manual re-keying.

Confirm or flag

Confirmation emails are sent, while exceptions are color-coded for review in Gmail.

Reads attachments

PDF, HTML, Excel and CSV

Customers send orders in different formats: HTML, PDFs, Excel files, and CSVs. The extension scans approved inboxes, identifies order details, and checks each order against your business rules before it reaches Streamline.

PDF

Process order details sent as PDF order files or attachments.

HTML

Read structured order information from HTML order emails and files.

Excel

Import order details from customer spreadsheets.

CSV

Support CSV order files as part of your automated order workflow.

Order capture

From Purchase Order Number to Order Confirmation

The Streamline Chrome Extension captures every detail in the order, including:

  • Purchase Order #
  • Delivery Date
  • Delivery Address
  • Items & quantities

Once an order is approved and imported, a confirmation email is automatically sent to all subscribed users.

Automatic validation

Validate every request before it becomes an order.

Before an order is imported, the extension checks whether:

  • The order was submitted before the deadline
  • The delivery address is served on the requested delivery date
  • Requested products are available or made on the selected day
  • Required order details are complete
  • The order meets all your business’ fulfillment rules

Streamline import

Approved Orders Flow Straight into Streamline

When an order is validated, it is imported automatically into Streamline. The original Gmail message is then color-coded so you can see at a glance orders that have been imported successfully.

Exceptions

Exceptions Are Easy to Spot

When an order needs attention, the extension flags and color-codes the email in Gmail. You can quickly identify the issue, review the order, and take the appropriate action without digging through the inbox.

Imported
