Finance & Reporting
Manage invoices, statements, payment collection, reports, and business data in one connected ERP software platform.

What it does
Streamline uses the customer, order, price, and delivery data already held in the ERP to prepare invoices, maintain account records, and feed operational reports. Finance does not have to rebuild the same transactions in separate spreadsheets before it can bill or investigate a number.
For order-driven producers, distributors, route-based suppliers, and growing B2B teams, the module brings invoice and credit workflows, customer billing cycles, receivables, collection rules, gross-profit views, and custom reporting into the same working system.
Overview: Streamline is one connected management software for invoices, statements, payment collection, reporting, and flexible data structure. It helps companies manage accounts receivable, automate customer billing workflows, create reports, and organize business data inside one ERP software platform.
Why it matters
Each capability has a clear operational job: prepare the right invoice, protect published records, follow customer terms, surface exceptions, and turn shared business data into reports that finance and operations may use.
Create, print, and email invoices and credits in batches without rebuilding the same data in separate systems.
Customers can have up-to-date self-service statements, with accounting reconciliation feeding back into Streamline.
Set rules for reminders, statements, and auto-collection so overdue follow-up takes less manual effort.
Build reports, pivot tables, and charts that help teams track sales, trends, and exceptions without digging through exports.
Pivot by customer, item, address, department, or other configured attributes, then save useful reports for repeat review.
Billing and reporting stay tied to customers, delivery, pricing, orders, and production workflows.
Compare the customer price with recipe-based item cost to see which products and accounts contribute to gross profit.
One connected management software system beats juggling Excel files, PDFs, inboxes, and separate finance workflows.
Invoices & Statements
Streamline helps manage invoice publishing, credit notes, customer billing cycles, and live statements in one place. It supports practical workflows, from route-based invoicing to customer-specific billing settings.
This gives companies a cleaner invoicing software workflows and reduces the back-and-forth between customer service, delivery, and accounts receivable.
Payment Collection
Streamline supports payment collection workflows with rules, reminders, and integrations that help companies stay on top of receivables. Instead of manually checking who is overdue, teams can automate more of the follow-up.
Set rules for when to send statements and collect payment, so routine follow-up happens inside one billing software workflow.
Use credit limits, overdue reminders, and account holds when customers exceed terms or go past their limit.
Keep customer statements up to date, with accounting reconciliation feeding back into Streamline’s A/R view.

FAQ
At the configured snapshot, current order quantities and valid customer prices populate an unprocessed invoice. The team may review or amend that record before publishing it to the customer’s invoice library and, when configured, exporting it to accounting software.
Published invoices are locked because the customer may already have downloaded or posted the document. Corrections are recorded with a credit or a new invoice instead of changing the original record.
Streamline supports Stripe collection when enabled, payment imports from supported accounting connections, and configured webhook or CSV workflows. Provider availability, customer setup, regional support, and fees should be confirmed during implementation.
Teams may build pivot tables, charts, and custom operational reports; save report sets to Shortcuts; schedule report emails; and review year-on-year changes, 80/20 performance, gross profit, and order deviations.
Attributes add business-specific fields to catalogue items, customers, and addresses. Their values may then be used to group and filter reports by department, customer type, location type, packing logic, or another configured classification.
