1 min read

  1. Open the Chrome Web Store.
  2. Search for “Streamline”.
  3. Click “Add to Chrome” and confirm the installation.
  4. Once installed, you will see the Streamline extension icon in the top-right corner of your Chrome browser.
  1. Click the Streamline extension icon in the Chrome toolbar.
  1. Enter your Streamline App email and password.
  2. Click Continue to log in.
  3. After logging in, a list of available applications will appear.
  4. Select the App Application you want to use for importing orders.

The extension contains three main tabs:

  • Home – Overview of orders and the Manual Scan button.
  • Emails – View filtered order emails.
  • Settings – Configure email connection, app settings, and preferences.
  1. Navigate to the Settings tab.
  2. Under General, click Sign in with Google.
  3. Grant permission by clicking Allow.

The extension will now retrieve emails directly from your connected email account.

⚠️ This is a required step.

The extension will only scan and import emails that match the filters you set.

Emails that do not match a saved subject filter are NOT processed.

  1. Go to the Settings tab.
  2. Open the Email Handling sub-tab.
  3. Add a Subject Filter (for example: “Order”).

This ensures the system detects only emails with matching subject lines.

  1. Go to the Customer sub-tab.
  2. Click Add Customer.

Note: Be sure to click Save Changes after adding or updating each filter.

  1. Enter the customer email address(es) you want the system to monitor.
  2. Click Save Customer after adding.

The extension will now scan only the filtered emails based on the subject and customer settings you configured.

Once your filters are set, you can begin scanning for orders.

  1. Go to the Home tab.
  2. Click “Scan Now.

After the scan:

  • A list of detected orders will appear.
  • Orders that have already been scanned will not be scanned again; instead, they will include a link to Streamline.

To enable automatic scanning:

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Open the General sub-tab.
  3. Enable Automatic Import.
  4. Set your preferred scan schedule.
  5. Click Save Changes.

Once enabled, the extension will automatically scan and import filtered emails based on your selected schedule.

An order link is provided for each order after scanning, accessible through the Import Status.

If the order is pending or failed, it redirects to the Streamline Extension Orders page; if successful, it redirects to the Streamline Cart Order.
