Guidelines for Good Feedback

A brief description that tells the coder and the tester what is wrong. For example, Cart not placing order.

Comments:
Describe step by step.  Read before you send. Make sure it makes sense. 

Attachments:
Send screenshots with notes, and screen recordings (video).

To help you, we need to trace and replicate your steps.

Be descriptive.
Send a video!

If a picture paints a thousand words... A video paints a million.

Web Paint for Chrome and Web Paint for Firefox

Draw shapes, lines, and add text to live web pages and take screenshots.

Print screen (or part of) with image editor and Screen Recording. Rehearse your video and make it short and concise.
