Book Recipes

Use for Recipes that must be made exactly as described by the book. For example: Cakes, sandwiches, etc.
The cost is calculated per Book. When adding a book recipe to another recipe, the default UoM is ‘each’, meaning one book.
The cost of an item attached to it is calculated from its Yield – the number of pieces that one book yields.

Conversions between UoM’s are required to compute costs and the total weight of the Recipe.
Bespoke UoM conversions specific to a recipe are allowed. That means that the conversion created is only used in the specific recipe.
