To Trace a Lot

Navigate to [ Stock > Ingredients > Trace ].

Search results will return every Packing Slip and include every item, enabling quick and easy recall of the goods.

Recall a Lot

Navigate to the applicable Items Sold Lot

  • Recall the entire lot or individual delivery notes.
  • An automated recall email is sent to the applicable customer/s.
