How to Submit Feedback and Report Errors

If you encounter a problem or want to send feedback, always hit the Feedback button on the right-hand side of every screen.

When you do, we instantly receive key details:

  • Who you are (you’re logged in)
  • Which page you are on

Important: Make sure you’re using a valid email address as your login—we reply to that email when following up.

To help us replicate and diagnose the issue accurately, please describe your actions in detail. Let us know:

  • Which item you were working with
  • Which customer was involved
  • Which date the issue occurred
  • Any other relevant details (e.g. what button you clicked, what didn’t load, etc.)
