Driver External Identifier

Set Driver External Identifier to Route

Format 1:
In streamline, navigate to [ Distribution > Settings > Route Manager > Format 2 ]

Format 2:
[ Distribution > Settings > Route Manager > Format 1 ]
Then select any Date or Daily Template.

For both option, go to the Edit logo on the route you wish to add External Identifier.
Set the OptimoRoute Driver External Identifier then click Save.

Set External Identifier to Driver

You may skip this step if you’ve already set the external identifier for your OptimoRoute Driver.

1. In OptimoRoute app, Navigate to [ Administration > Drivers ].

2. Select the driver you wish to Edit and Click Edit drivers. Or simply double click to Edit.

3. Input the External Identifier for the driver then click Save.
