Streamline Errors: What to Expect and How to Get Them Fixed #
Businesses encounter problems every day—and so do we. After all, we’re human. At Streamline, we believe that what sets us apart is how quickly and effectively we respond when issues arise. This section is here to help you get fast support and understand the role your feedback plays in resolving problems efficiently.
Errors can and do happen in Streamline. That’s normal. It’s part of the service to fix them promptly and transparently.
Three Main Types of Errors #
1. Software Errors #
These occur in the code itself, often surfacing after a system update or new feature release. Despite thorough testing, some bugs can slip through. Our engineers treat error reports with urgency and prioritize them immediately.
2. Data Errors #
These involve corrupted or inconsistent data, often due to file issues, import problems, or manual input mistakes.
3. Communication Errors #
These happen when the connection between your browser and our servers is interrupted—such as during an update. A common example is Error 500, which can appear when the system is being refreshed or maintained.
Other Common Causes #
- Configuration settings that haven’t been fully applied
- Data that didn’t import correctly
- Familiar issues similar to what you might experience in Excel
Your Role: Reporting and Feedback #
Don’t worry—errors happen, and they’re part of any evolving system. What matters is that you share what you experience. Providing timely, detailed feedback helps us resolve the issue faster and keeps your experience smooth.
We’re here to help. With your input, we can make Streamline better for everyone.
