Driver External Identifier

Set Driver External Identifier to Route #

You can assign a driver’s external identifier to a route using either of the formats below:

Format 1 #

In Streamline, navigate to:
Distribution › Settings › Route Manager › Format 2

Format 2 #

Distribution › Settings › Route Manager › Format 1
(These apply to Base or Daily Templates.)

Steps: #

1. For both options, go to the Edit (pencil) icon on the route you wish to add an external identifier to.
2. Set the Optimoroute Driver External Identifier field.
3. Click Save.

Set External Identifier to Driver #

You may skip this step if you have already added the external identifier for your Optimoroute driver.

Steps: #

1. In Optimoroute, navigate to:
   Administration › Drivers

1. Select the driver you wish to edit and click the Edit icon, or simply double-click the driver’s name.

1. Input the External Identifier for the driver.
2. Click Save.
