1. Set up each market/shop as a wholesale customer, or you may have multiple addresses for just one customer.  

2. Set full retail price: invoice equals maximum sales value.

3. Set prices equal to item cost to see total cost of goods.

4. Set prices = 0.

5. Customer Settings, you may stipulate not to generate invoices. Unprocessed data is removed upon publishing.  You need to enter your sales into accounting, independent of Streamline. 

6. If you do an invoice with 0 value, then you can use that invoice number (gap) to post the actual sales. 

7. Full price or cost price or any other price would need to be amended when exporting the invoice to accounting to reflect the true value of sales.
