Why Mark Recipes as Done? #
In Streamline, marking recipes as Done is essential for inventory control. Once a recipe is completed:
- Ingredients are automatically depleted from stock.
- Items are added to the Shopping List for restocking or tracking.
Where to Mark Recipes as Done #
You can mark recipe card as Done from two places:
These sections allow easy tracking and finalization of production batches
How Lot Numbers and Use-by Dates Are Handled #
- The system automatically selects the Lot# with the nearest Use-by Date when a Recipe Card is generated.
- You can override the default Lot# by assigning a different one via:
- Stock / Production › By Date › Recipe Cards
Key Data Captured When Marking a Recipe as Done #
- Lot Number (Lot#)
- Use-by Date
- Location
