Doc Summary 
The Driver Report lists the addresses that we are visiting on the given date, organised according to the Route Manager. There are two options: PDF ready and The Manifest.
PDF may be generated in Distribution › Dispatch › Dashboard. It is not customisable.
Customise The Manifest: Show/hide columns (blue eye icon) and adjust column widths.
