The customer calendar is used to cancel orders to any address(es) for a given period of time.  Streamline ignores any orders in the system during that time.

  • Cancelled orders will also appear in the Company Calendar.  You may reinstate orders by deleting the cancelation event.
  • Cancelations are marked in green. You may reinstate orders by deleting the cancelation event, as long as it is done before the order line closes for the first order in the period.
  • The customer calendar also shows the bakery is closed, for example, on New Year’s Day.  These events are shown in black.
  • See and access all orders at a glance.
  • System emails are sent to customer users and the administrator when orders are cancelled.
  • View and download:

Avoid bakery operations during holidays or scheduled closures.

This ensures all orders within the selected range are canceled automatically.
