Adding a Recipe as Ingredient in Another Recipe

Any recipe may be added to another recipe as an ingredient.

• When adding a Book Recipe to another recipe the default UoM will be each.
  – You may choose to use weight instead.
• When adding a Make to Measure or Baker’s Percentage recipe another recipe the default UoM will be the same as the recipe that it is added to.
  – You may select a different UoM. The system will prompt for a conversion if no conversion has been previously saved.

NB: Baker’s Percentage recipes only accept other Baker’s Percentage recipes as ingredients.
