How to Mark Recipes as Done in Streamline

In Streamline, marking recipes as Done is essential for inventory control. Once a recipe is completed:

  • Ingredients are automatically depleted from stock.
  • Items are added to the Shopping List for restocking or tracking.

You can mark recipe card as Done from two places:

  1. Recipe Totals
  2. Recipe Card windows

These sections allow easy tracking and finalization of production batches

  • The system automatically selects the Lot# with the nearest Use-by Date when a Recipe Card is generated.
  • You can override the default Lot# by assigning a different one via:
    • Stock / Production › By Date › Recipe Cards
  • Lot Number (Lot#)
  • Use-by Date
  • Location
