Overview #
- The Administrator initially creates one user account.
- It is the user’s responsibility to:
- Add new users
- Set permissions
- Delete or manage users when needed
Key Guidelines for Adding Contacts #
- Create the contact before adding an address.
- Reuse existing users by entering the same email address already registered in Streamline — this enables access to multiple accounts.
- Users with multiple accounts can switch accounts via the gear icon.

Options to Add Users #
In the Contacts tab, click the Add dropdown to choose how to add users:
- New User – Add a brand-new contact.
- Existing User – Link an email already in Streamline.
- Import from CSV – Bulk add contacts via a CSV upload.
