Managing User Contacts in Streamline

  • The Administrator initially creates one user account.
  • It is the user’s responsibility to:
  • Create the contact before adding an address.
  • Reuse existing users by entering the same email address already registered in Streamline — this enables access to multiple accounts.
  • Users with multiple accounts can switch accounts via the gear icon.

In the Contacts tab, click the Add dropdown to choose how to add users:

  • New User – Add a brand-new contact.
  • Existing User – Link an email already in Streamline.
  • Import from CSV – Bulk add contacts via a CSV upload.
