Enter FTP server details in [ Company > Settings ].
Importing Orders Via FTP (Wholefoods)
Streamline will periodically check (every 10 minutes) for new orders in that location.
Orders must be placed in the ‘orders’ folder located in the root (all lowercase letters!)
If you are using XML, every order must be in one individual XML file that starts with “po_”, the rest of the filename is irrelevant.
If you are using CSV, you can put multiple orders in one CSV file. You can download a CSV template from Streamline (more reliable) or alternatively from here.

When a new order is available for import a yellow icon “i” flashes on the left of the top menu.
Click to trigger import.
